For the first time since the race started three years ago, it was dry for the Sole Challenge.
The pack was thick at the start.
I don’t know what treasure Mason found but running with friends along the river is always makes for a pleasant experience.
I even got in on the action.

With his head down, Walker was on a mission to finish so he could compete with his team on the challenge course. Mr. Wagner loves to mix stamina, strength and grit for this event. The boys had to climb up and down bounce houses, through rope courses and of course, do a final slide through the mud.
He and his teammates, John, Joseph, Jake and Zeke, were in it to win it and they all had fun.
You can bet Walker had to hose down before he climbed into our car.
