Thanksgiving would not be the same without the circus! The performance was three rings of whirling lights, sounds and smells. Over the last eight years, our visits sure have changed. For the first time, we rode no animals and bought no crazy light up toys that would last for only a few days. Instead, we brought a bunch of glow sticks from home and had a few treats from the concession stand. It was much more mellow.
We got a little silly with the selfies or maybe that’s how some of us really feel about the circus?
I practiced knitting in the dark.
The circus is all the more fun when it’s viewed with my favorite people. We had a full weekend of adventures and now it’s time to prepare for the slide to Christmas.
